The little gray dog in this photo has ‘the face that launched a thousand walks.’ Lux is many things to me:
fellow pittie advocate & ambassador
but perhaps most importantly, the catalyst for this company.
Asbury Bark was officially launched in early 2016. I had worked unfulfilling desk jobs for a number of years before I finally had the epiphany that this was my calling. I spent the last few months of my last gig designing the earliest logo and template for this website, and word of mouth did the rest.
I’m a local resident, I’ve gained a Pet First Aid certification, insured and bonded the business, and am a volunteer for local shelters and animal rescue groups. I’m happy to provide references or proof of any of the above. I believe in being as transparent as possible so you feel at ease with me in your home, taking care of your furbaby(ies). I walk your dog solo unless you request otherwise or have a multi-dog household, and while the purpose of my job is to be there for your pets when you are not, I am happy to schedule additional face-to-face time with my clients.
I provide dogwalking, sitting, taxi services, and all other reasonable pet related requests to the western Monmouth County area of New Jersey. I ensure the utmost safety and consideration during my visits, and plenty of affection and exercise. I’d love to get to know you and your pups! Reach out today to set up your free consultation, and always have dependable, trustworthy pet services a few minutes away.
Looking forward to meeting you!,
Shannon & team
Caroline is my trusty VP of Treats and Pets.
Caroline formerly had a pet care business of her own before joining Asbury Bark, and we are all the more better for her invaluable
expertise and enthusiasm for animals of all sizes. As a part time walker, you may see her out with our regulars, making sure they get proper exercise, attention, and potty breaks. She currently has a fifteen year old cat who hasn’t slowed down one bit, who still gets plenty of kick out of her laser pointer. She moonlights as a recruiter, but needs her doggie fix to get through the week (don’t we all!).
